Embodiment & Presence

Embodiment is simply staying present in your body regardless of what is happening in the external world. There are many motivations to stay embodied—to be a better athlete, to connect to your intuition and make better decisions, to live a life more aligned with your deeper calling, or simply a desire for presence. There are a number of practices that can help us be on this journey.
